Love the look of the crocodile cushion cover, but cannot see the pattern. On the picture page it says to click the pdf – but there is no icon for this – help please where do I find this pattern?

Hmm. It was working. Try craftsy, people are having no trouble downloading from there. The pattern has the same name there as here.

I am starting the lace mesh scarf, but wondering how it gets the bias look?

It gets the bias effect by taking advantage of what would otherwise be a disadvantage. All decreases cause stitches to slope either left or right. By always using the same decreases on the same side of the fabric it causes the whole thing to slope. This would be a disaster if you tried to use this particular stitch for a jumper, but its great for a scarf. You’ll see it start to work after the first few inches.
